The Energy Chamber of Trinidad & Tobago Quality Policy Statement
The Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago (ECTT) is committed to meeting members' and customers’ expectations and fulfilling all applicable regulatory requirements. The Energy Chamber is further committed to the continual improvement of our operations. To this effect the Energy Chamber has implemented a Quality Management System based on recognized international standards. Quality is everyone’s responsibility at the Energy Chamber and all employees are required to implement the requirements of the Quality Management System in their work areas. The Energy Chamber has developed our Quality Management System through extensive internal consultation, with the full knowledge that our sustained commitment to quality will be judged by the everyday actions of our employees.
The Energy Chamber of Trinidad & Tobago Quality Objectives
- Achieve ISO 9001 Certification of the ECTT by December 2022
- Improve the effectiveness of the Advocacy and Member Engagement service provided by ensuring at least 3 upstream and 3 downstream companies provide updates on potential business opportunities to members at our upstream & downstream forums by December 2022
- Improve the effectiveness of the Advocacy and Member Engagement service by hosting the Trinidad and Tobago Energy Conference and providing information and networking opportunities to a minimum of 150 member companies by December 2022
- Ensure at least 75% of STOW audit reports are submitted within 7 days of having the Close Out Meeting by December 2022
- Measure customer satisfaction for the courses run by the Learning Centre to ensure a minimum satisfaction rate of 88% by December 2022
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the delivery of our training workshops/courses by maintaining a minimum overall facilitator satisfaction rate of 75% by December 2022
